Minimal Rollout

• Warm Handoffs: Use the clinic tablet + Partner Portal.
• Minutes Capture: Document directly in the Partner Portal.
• Artifacts: Receive monthly CSV + summary via the Partner Ops Portal.

When to Add EHR Integration

• After the first cohort is live and workflows are stable, prioritize your EHR connector for write‑back and measurement sync.

Billing

• You Bill: Upload artifact outputs to your clearinghouse. Profound provides minutes logs, summaries, and charge exports; you remain biller of record for CoCM.
