Partner Onboarding Checklist

Use this checklist to move a new partner from contract signature to live patients. Each step is tracked in the Partner Ops Portal; all tasks must be marked complete before go-live.

Week 1 - Kickoff

• Execute BAA and services agreement.
• Collect partner roster (PCPs, care team contacts, preferred escalation numbers).
• Share Profound Health overview deck and walkthrough recording.

Week 2 - Technical Enablement

• Provision Entra tenant connections (SAML/OIDC) for partner staff.
• Configure EHR integration (see Integrations).
• Exchange API credentials for billing and notifications.
• Validate Supabase tenant entries and assign partner manager.

Week 3 - Clinical Prep

• Import baseline patient panel (CSV or API feed).
• Schedule warm handoff dry run with clinic staff using the tablet app.
• Review measurement cadence (PHQ-9, GAD-7, metabolic panels if applicable).
• Configure escalation paths and on-call schedule in the internal ops portal.

Week 4 - Launch Readiness

• Finalize clinic tablet MDM configuration (see Clinic Tablet Setup).
• Train partner providers on the Partner Portal and minutes documentation expectations.
• Conduct billing test cycle with synthetic data through Stripe and partner RCM system.

Go-Live

• Enable automated notifications for new referrals.
• BHCMs begin daily panel review; psychiatrists join weekly case review cadence.
• Partner Ops monitors SLA dashboard for the first 14 days.

All checklist tasks map to Supabase records, so re-running the onboarding playbook for new locations is deterministic and auditable.
